What Happens When First Class Karen Refuses To Get Off The Plane

Drunk Karen Refuses To Get Off Delta Flight, Forces Police To Clear Entire Plane

A visibly intoxicated passenger refused to step off a Delta Air Lines flight in Dallas, forcing police officers to deboard the entire plane before handcuffing her and pulling her off. Did she really think that giving officers the silent treatment was going to work?

Drunk Karen Hauled Off Delta Flight In Handcuffs After Refusing To Get Off Herself

Police bodycam footage from last year, but just posted this week, shows officers boarding a Delta flight a Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). A woman seated in a middle seat is sitting quietly with her eyes closed. When quizzed by officers, she remains silent, though as they continue to press her she finally starts talking.

Immediately, it is clear that she is intoxicated…she slurs her words and makes no sense.

Fair enough..it happens. She was invited to grab her bags and step off the aricraft. At this point, she was not under arrest and not in any trouble. But she refused. She said she didn’t like Texas and wanted to get out. Police officers practically begged her to get off the plane peaceably.

When it became clear that she would not, the police ordered everyone else off the airplane. Why? Because hauling someone off the plane against their will often creates a spectacle and that’s not something law enforcement officers or airlines generally like to be broadcast over social media.

The woman apparently had downed Prosecco followed by tequila shots while onboard and later admitted to consuming six glasses of wine while waiting for her delayed flight.

Yeah, that’s going to do it…

She kept confusing police officers for airline staff, another clear sign she was drunk. As police officers placed her into a squad car, she wailed, “All I did was try and peacefully get out of a f*cking plane!” No, too late Karen.

As she sat down in the police car, she asked, “Can I please have a cigarette? I need a cigarette! Can I please just have one ciggy?”

No, Karen.

Here’s the video:

On the whole, I think he police handled this matter very professionally. I don’t care for officers yelling at other passengers to, “Leave your stuff! Leave your stuff!” onboard, though I also understand that the point was to quickly deboard, pull the woman off, and then get the passengers back on board and on their way.

CONCLUSION

Delta needs to send this woman a bill for the delay. At the very least, it had to pay its flight crew extra for what happened.

This conduct is disgusting. I shine light on it as a constant reminder that alcohol should be consumed responsibly, especially when flying.

Adult Stars Arrested And Kicked Off Flight After Refusing To Get Out Of First-Class Seats

Two OF creators were arrested and removed from an American Airlines flight at Miami International Airport after an onboard disturbance escalated into a viral spectacle that played out both in the cabin and across social media.

The adult content creators, later identified as Sania Blanchard and Jordan Lantry, were charged with misdemeanor trespassing and taken into custody before the flight departed.

According to arrest affidavits, Blanchard, 34, and Lantry, 31, who go by the names Sania Mallery and Lacey Jane on the adult content site, boarded the American Airlines flight and sat in first-class seats that were not assigned to them.

Flight crew members reportedly asked the women multiple times to move to their correct seats, but the requests were ignored, according to the New York Post.

Video recorded by the women and shared online captured the incident as it unfolded. In one clip, Blanchard shouted, “I’m getting kicked out because I did not sit in the right f**king seat,” while wearing a red tracksuit emblazoned with the word “PSYCHO.”

Lantry, meanwhile, dropped to the floor in the aisle and performed a split as officers approached, laughing and saying that she “just had to do a little yoga.”

An airline agent can be heard asking the women to produce their boarding passes. One of them replied, “No, we don’t. Obviously, we’re drunk and you guys don’t want to deal with us.”

American Airlines officials then requested help from law enforcement due to the adult creators’ intoxication and refusal to comply with crew instructions.

Police removed and arrested the pair before takeoff, but not before the women acted even more inappropriately

Police reports stated that Blanchard and Lantry continued to refuse to leave the first-class seats even after officers boarded the aircraft.

Both were arrested on charges of trespassing on property after warning and transported to the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami for booking.

Due to the OF creators’ actions, the flight was delayed as officers had to escort the women off the plane in front of other passengers. No injuries were reported, and authorities said there was no indication of violence beyond the disruption.

The women had reportedly traveled to Miami to celebrate Lantry’s birthday, a detail they later referenced in their social media posts following the arrest.

Numerous netizens noted that the women’s arrest was no surprise. “Very drunk, decided to sit in first class, not move…. Of course they got bounced off the flight,” one commenter wrote.

Rather than distancing themselves from the incident, Blanchard and Lantry leaned into it online.

Shortly after their release, they shared their booking photos with followers, with Blanchard writing, “Guess what we did,” alongside the images.

Additional videos showed the pair performing handstands in the jet bridge, twerking on the airport floor, and riding their luggage like scooters through the terminal.

In one clip, Lantry remarked, “The s**t that we pull,” while Blanchard added, “Look at us, we look like one million dollar.”

Another video appeared to show the women mocking a flight attendant, referring to her as their “first class server” and making disparaging remarks.

One caption read, “Went on vacation ended up on probation,” followed by, “We’re guilty for being ICONIC.”

The spectacle didn’t stop at social posts. The women later launched merchandise featuring their mugshots, including coffee cups labeled as “mugshots,” and called on followers to recreate Lantry’s split pose during police escorts.

“I endorse this message to start the trend,” Lantry wrote. “If this isn’t a trend yet idk what to tell you.”

Numerous social media users, however, were not impressed. “Self-centered idiots who disrespected every other passenger on that flight. They are NOT more important than anyone else and publicizing their behavior only encourages this type of stupidity to continue. People are getting sick and tired of these types of stunts,” wrote one person.

Everyone Was Trying To Sleep—Except One Delta Business Class Passenger Who Lit Up The Cabin Refusing To Close His Window Shade

by Gary Leff on October 19, 2025

Is there anything worse than one passenger obliviously doing whatever they want in the cabin, and ruining the flight for everyone else?

Here’s video of a passenger with open window shade, bringing in the bright light of the skies, on a long haul Delta business class flight while “everyone [is] trying to sleep.” They’re in business class for rest and relaxation.

Now, viewing the video it doesn’t appear everyone is trying to sleep. Most of the passengers on this daytime flighthave earphones on and they’re seated upright. Maybe they had been trying to sleep and gave up but that’s not obviously the case here.

And much worse than an open window on a transatlantic flight is trying to be comfortable in the terrible Delta business class on a Boeing 767.

https://www.instagram.com/reel/DPzaU1wjyYf/embed/captioned/?cr=1&v=14&wp=498&rd=https%3A%2F%2Fviewfromthewing.com&rp=%2Feveryone-was-trying-to-sleep-except-one-delta-business-class-passenger-who-lit-up-the-cabin-refusing-to-close-his-window-shade%2F#%7B%22ci%22%3A0%2C%22os%22%3A1875.1000000238419%2C%22ls%22%3A956.5%2C%22le%22%3A1680.9000000357628%7D

It goes without saying that the passenger at the window controls their own shade. If darkness is important to you, then bring sunglasses or an eye mask. A business class amenity kit may contain a mask.

There are (6) principles of airplane window shades:

  1. Shades up for takeoff and landing. That’s so everyone’s eyes are well-adjusted to the light, in order to facilitate evacuation in an emergency.
  2. The person at the window has control of the shade. If you’re in the window seat, you decide the position the shade is in.
  3. Flight attendant direction trumps. On modern widebodies window shades may be electronic and can be locked into position. A crewmember may decide all shades will be down, for instance, to accommodate passenger sleep. You may think you have control rights because it’s ‘your’ shade (usufructuary rights) but confrontations with cabin crew over this will not end well.
  4. Avoid blinding light. That’s especially the case on overnight flights and on early mornings. Traveling across time zones means that even though it’s “night” for people on board who may want to sleep, that doesn’t mean the sun isn’t shining where you are physically.
  5. Accommodate your neighbors. If someone asks you to put the window shade down (or up) consider accommodating you, especially if they have a strong preference and you do not. Don’t just arbitrarily do the thing they object to, or object to moving the position of the shade for its own sake.
  6. Close the shades before getting off the plane when it’s especially hot at your destination. That will help keep the aircraft cool for the next group of passengers during boarding.

People pay for window seats to look out the window. There are magical sights up in the clouds, they want to appreciate the approach to their destination, or maybe look down at the ice around Greenland. Other passengers want to sleep. And like so many things in a plane, preferences come into conflict.

I like an open window as much as possible, unless the sun is shining through the window so brightly that it interferes with screens. I don’t like flight attendants who require window shades to be closed on daytime flights from Europe to the U.S. since I never sleep on those flights and I find them less draining when I have light. But there’s not a lot I can do on a Boeing 787 when they control the shades, or when crew come around scolding passengers who open thei
