Mom and daughter Karens scream as they’re taught lesson for drunken abuse at Palm Beach Four Seasons
A mother and daughter were arrested at the Palm Beach Four Seasons hotel after allegedly attacking staff in a drunken rage.
The entitled duo, who have not been named, lashed out after they went to the wrong room and couldn’t get access, according to an employee.
Police were called to remove them from the $500-a-night property and ended up in a tense standoff after they refused and went on a bizarre rant where they blamed Joe Biden and the Democrats for their arrest.
Bodycam footage shared this week by Body Cam Edition captured the moment an officer went to confront the women during the incident on February 15 last year.
As he approaches the woman are at the front desk arguing and gesticulating at staff.
The officer asks them to step outside so they can discuss the situation away from the noisy lobby.
‘I want to stay, we don’t drink alcohol!’ the emotional mom yells as the officer encourages her to leave.
Once outside, the women then launch into a garbled account of what happened with both speaking over one another.

‘These people are awful!’ the daughter sobs while her mom tries to explain, prompting the officer to ask them to speak one at a time.
‘Let me tell you what I saw, all of a sudden people were so mean and just like knocked me over. I’m in the travel business, she’s with me, my daughter. I was knocked down,’ the mom says before confirming they checked in that day.
The officer then informs the pair that the hotel would like them to leave, which causes them to become even more emotional.
The daughter mutters that the issue is that, ‘these people are f***king liberal’ as her mom starts insisting they be allowed to stay.
They continue to protest their innocence and demand to know why they are being kicked out whilst refusing to accept the cop’s explanation that the hotel wants them gone.
‘Right now, you’re acting aggressive and you’re intoxicated,’ the cop tells her.
‘But I didn’t drink! I don’t drink, I don’t drink alcohol I haven’t in 15 years,’ the mom replies before the cop says he can smell alcohol on her breath.
Later in the video, a hotel employee also states that the women were ‘clearly intoxicated’.

She explains that the situation began after they tried to access the wrong room and became aggressive and the daughter allegedly kicked her and punched another employee.
The worker claims the assault continued once they got down to the lobby.
Once he collects the interview the cop goes back outside to try and get the women to leave once again, but they begin refusing.
The officer then instructs them to turn around so they can be placed under arrest but again they refuse.
When another officer begins to try and apprehend the mom she starts wailing and screaming.
The daughter then throws herself to the ground in an apparent attempt to fake an injury and starts yelling ‘Help’ as she is cuffed.
Even as they are manhandled the police car the mom continues her venomous tirade.
‘You’re in big trouble, you messed with the wrong people,’ she shouts.

Once they get to jail, the daughter starts yelling about how she will sue while her mom continues her tantrum.
The mother kicks the bars of her cell in an apparent – unsuccessful – attempt into breaking out, or irritating jail staff into freeing her.
She can be heard ranting that her arrest is ‘Biden stuff’ as she bizarrely blames Democrats and George Soros for her situation.
Soros is a billionaire known for donating huge sums of cash to progressive district attorneys.
They in turn have been accused of taking a soft-on-crime stance and worsening crime levels in the city that they oversee.
But for the Palm Beach mother and daughter it is unclear how their dreadful behavior can be blamed on Soros.
Even as the clip ends both women can be heard shrieking about how they did nothing wrong.
BodyCamEdition, which shared the footage, said the mother was charged with resisting arrest with violence, disorderly intoxication, battery on a law enforcement officer and trespassing.
Her daughter was charged with resisting arrest without violence, disorderly intoxication and trespassing.
Online records show that both cases were eventually disposed of.

PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — The police bodycam video that’s been watched hundreds of thousands of times over the past few days on YouTube was recorded by Town of Palm Beach Police as they calmly arrested two abusive, aggressive, and allegedly inebriated women at the Four Seasons Palm Beach. The video, obtained by “BodyCam Edition,” shows the February of 2024 arrests of Kely Hendricks, 24, and her mother Monica Hendricks, 62. Both live on Vanderpool Lane in Houston, Texas. The women repeatedly blame the Four Seasons and former President Biden for their arrest as they claim they’re being persecuted for supporting Donald Trump. The officers constantly tell them that politics has nothing to do with it. It’s all about their behavior. (We note that Kely is spelled with one L and two L’s in the police and court documents).
Managers and security at The Four Seasons called police when Monica and Kely Hendricks were allegedly causing a disturbance in the lobby. Management asked them to leave. They wouldn’t. Then the hotel staff officially kicked them out out of the hotel. That’s when things — already bad — took a turn for the worse. You need to watch the video to fully appreciate what happened, and why so many people are fixated on this video a year after it was recorded. Here’s a preview: the Hendricks women assert they weren’t drinking. The Town of Palm Beach cops seem to think otherwise. Look for the part where one of the Hendricks women threatens to arrest the police. And stick around for the screaming that starts at roughly the 13-minute mark — affter one of the women allegedly punches a police officer in the face. At 18 minutes the mom tells a very calm sergeant that she believes “something big is going on here.” She then asks if she’s being arrested because she supports Donald Trump.
Monica Hendricks was ultimately charged with “battery on specified personnel,” “trespassing,” “resist an officer without violence,” and “disorderly intoxication in a public place causing a disturbance.” Kelly Hendricks was charged with “trespassing,” “disorderly intoxication in a public place causing a disturbance,” and “resist an officer without violence.” Keep watching at 23:00 where the mom is put into a holding cell. She tells the arresting officers that they are in big trouble. The ultra-calm Town of Palm Beach officer says he understands. The mom then blames former President Biden and George Soros for her arrest.
Prosecutors eventually opted to either plea out or not prosecute the charges. Part of Monica Hendricks’ record is sealed, but we do know that Kelly Hendricks entered three guilty pleas and received “adjudication withheld.” Bottom line: it appears no one served time, other than the inititial night in the Palm Beach County Jail. Kely just paid a $1000 fine on Thursday of this week (January 23, 2025). We know you have questions. So we’re publishing the full arrest reports, below, as well as Kely’s plea agreement.
