WASHINGTON (TNND) — Federal agents were seen pulling a woman out of her car after she allegedly impended on an immigration enforcement operation in Minnesota.

Footage on Tuesday shows a woman allegedly blocking Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) vehicles from driving through an ongoing protest in Minneapolis.

Agents tried to clear the streets of protesters. The woman looked like she was wedging agents between her car and another car blocking the road, according to the New York Post.

Agents then smashed through the passenger window.

“As she was hauled out of the car, protesters could be heard yelling, “Nasis” and “You will pay for your crimes!”

ICE ERO Acting Executive Associate Director Marcos Charles told Fox News that at least 60 protesters were arrested who allegedly “impended us or assaulted an officer.”

This comes just one week after an ICE agent shot and killed Renee Good during an immigration crackdown.

Earlier this week, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem announced that more federal agents would be sent to Minnesota.

“As we uncover more of this criminal activity, we’re going to continue to surge resources to make sure this abuse of government funds and government power no longer continues in Minnesota,” Noem said.

US woman arrested for allegedly threatening health firm: ‘Delay, deny, depose’

Briana Boston accused of using same words written on ammunition at scene of killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO

A Florida woman has been arrested and charged after allegedly using the same language associated with the suspect in the murder of a top health insurance executive while on a phone call with her healthcare firm.

Briana Boston, 42, had just had a medical claim denied and was talking on a phone call with a representative from Blue Cross Blue Shield. The Lakeland resident then allegedly said: “Delay, deny, depose. You people are next.”

The language is the same as that found written on ammunition discovered at the scene of the killing of the UnitedHealthcare CEO, Brian Thompson. The killing was carried out by a masked gunman, which also triggered a national outpouring on social media by Americans outraged at their treatment by their for-profit healthcare firms.

The words have been closely associated with the title of a 2010 book written by the legal scholar and insurance expert Jay Feinman, a professor emeritus at Rutgers Law School in New Jersey, called Delay, Deny, Defend: Why Insurance Companies Don’t Pay Claims and What You Can Do About It.

Luigi Mangione, 26, is a suspect in the killing and faces second-degree murder and other charges in both Pennsylvania and New York. He was captured after an intense manhunt lasting several days.

According to the arrest affidavit obtained by ABC news when Lakeland police confronted Boston, she apologized and said that she “used those words because it’s what is in the news right now”.

Boston told police she did not own any guns and is not a threat. But she did say that healthcare companies “deserve karma” and were “evil” according to the document reported by ABC.

Boston was charged with threats to conduct a mass shooting or act of terrorism.

SANTA ROSA COUNTY, Fla. (WEAR) — A Florida woman was arrested after she got on a school bus without permission and then refused to get off the bus, according to authorities.

Dana Stuart, 33, of Navarre, is facing the following misdemeanor charges:

  • Trespassing on school property
  • Disrupting a school function

The incident happened on September 21 in Navarre.

A police report states deputies reviewed surveillance video from the bus, which was carrying children. It first showed Stuart place her arm inside the doorway, blocking the driver from closing the door.

While talking to the bus driver, Stuart stepped up onto the step inside the bus, but the driver told her she could not get on the bus,” deputies noted in the report. “Stuart stepped down, but still blocked the doorway.”

According to the report, Stuart then refused multiple instructions from the driver to get off the bus. She said, “give me your walkie (talkie) and I’ll get off,” but stayed in the doorway.

The report states Stuart then called another female to the scene, all while blocking the door. She continued demanding the walkie talkie.

“At one point, a small boy in the front seat leaned forward and asked Stuart to please get off the bus, but she again refused and he began to cry,” deputies noted in the report.

According to the report, Stuart stepped off the bus just before deputies arrived. In all, she was on the bus for 10 minutes.

Travis Fulton is the transportation director for the Santa Rosa County School District. He said the school district can’t talk about the specific issue, but there are some safety measures to protect the children onboard.

Fulton also said there are cameras on the buses. Deputies used the footage captured by the camera in their investigation.

Stuart was released from Santa Rosa County Jail Friday on $5,000 bond.
