Woman Acts Weird with Cop, Serious Charges Follow

In 2024 and 2025, several high-profile incidents involving women exhibiting erratic or aggressive behavior during police encounters led to serious criminal charges. Notable cases frequently shared on body camera platforms include:

  • Florida Speeding & DUI Meltdown (February 24, 2024): A woman pulled over for speeding in Florida was observed swerving between four lanes. During the stop, officers detected alcohol, and the encounter escalated into a significant “meltdown” captured on body camera, leading to multiple charges.
  • Massive Undercover Prostitution Sting (November 2024): In a two-day undercover operation in Polk County, 21 individuals were arrested at massage parlors. One woman, Jinxia Huang, was charged with battery after attacking an undercover detective, while another, Xiu Lin, was charged with resisting arrest for interfering with police.
  • Trespassing & Entitlement (October 20, 2024): Officers responded to a trespassing call involving an “entitled” woman who refused to follow rules on private property, leading to her arrest and formal charges.
  • Recent Self-Incrimination (January 2, 2026): In a very recent incident, a woman called the police to report an issue but ended up providing evidence that led to her own arrest and self-incrimination.
  • Bizarre Behavior During Felony Arrest (October 20, 2025): A woman exhibited highly unusual behavior that surprised officers during a felony arrest, resulting in serious legal consequences.

These cases often result from a traffic violation or minor citation being escalated by the individual into charges such as resisting arrest, battery on a law enforcement officer, or obstructing justice.

HERNANDO, Miss. (WMC) – Newly-released body camera footage shows the arrest of DeSoto County judge Karen Sanders, who’s charged with DUI and careless driving.

Hernando Police Department reports that she was arrested during a traffic stop Saturday evening just before 6 p.m. in Hernando along West Valley Street.

According to the police report, Sanders struggled to walk once she got out of her vehicle, and would lean on the patrol car instead of standing up.

Sanders submitted to a blood-alcohol test, but the results of that test have not been made public.

Sanders was released from jail on her own recognizance.

She is due back in court on the charges on April 1.

GATLINBURG, Tenn. (WLOX) – Body cam video obtained by WLOX News shows the DUI arrest of Gulfport Police Sgt. Joseph ‘Joe’ Prine in Gatlinburg, Tennessee late Tuesday night.

Prine can be seen on a City of Gatlinburg traffic camera driving a Gulfport-owned black Ford Explorer. The unmarked patrol car’s blue emergency lights flashed and the siren wailed as Prine drove past Gatlinburg police officers in marked SUVs.

In the video, one officer collected two Michelob Ultras from the car.

“You just ride around with beer cans in your government vehicle?” the officer questioned.

“Well, brother…” Prine slowly replied. “Honestly, those were from yesterday.”

The Gatlinburg police officers didn’t buy Prine’s story.

“Has he been drinking?” one officer said to another.

“Oh, yeah,” the other replied.

Prine was taken from his unmarked cruiser, then asked performed field sobriety tests.

Before the test, Prine told the officer he had drank “three or four” beers at a bar that night. After the tests concluded, Prine backpedaled and said he only drank “two or three.”

Then, he was placed in cuffs and read his rights.

While searching Prine’s SUV, officers found Prine’s Gulfport Police Department badge.

“Sergeant,” one officer noted, referencing the badge.

“He should know better,” the other officer said with a sigh.

Prine refused to give a breath sample at the scene, but he signed his consent to a blood test at the police station.
